FAQs

How much space do I need for the Array package?

The array package takes up a slightly larger space than our other booths, a 10’ x 12’ space is required to comfortably accommodate all that high-res, 3D goodness.

Can I have a backdrop with the Array package?

Of course! Some of our most incredible Array events have had custom backdrops. Choose one of our standard backdrops or talk to our team about upgrading to a custom backdrop.

Are the gifs from the Array booth postable to Instagram?

Yes! All of our outputs are instantly sharable on all social platforms. After all, if it’s not on the gram did it even happen?

Is 4 hours the maximum amount of time available?

Up to 4 hours come standard with all our packages, but you can always extend that amount of time for an additional fee. Party on garth!

What to expect on your Event Day?

Our host will show up at least an hour early to get set up just the way you want it. Our host then will engage with your guests and keep the party going with all the pictures you and they want! At the end of the night our host breaks down the booth and gives you an album you will keep for a lifetime.

How does planning work?

After you fill out your Event Details sheet our team handles all the logistics and details to get your printouts and booth just the way you want it for your big day.

Who is my Hipstr Host?

A Hipstr host is your day of event contact from Hipstr. They will be taking care of the photo booth setup and breakdown at your venue, as well as hosting the photo booth experience throughout your event to ensure all your guests have an awesome time.

Do you do outdoor events?

Yes - all the time. There are just a few considerations that you should keep in mind, which are outlined below.

1. Make sure that the photo booth experience is not set up in direct sunlight. This is a photography experience and we want to ensure that your photos are not washed out by light.

2. We'll need to be placed on flat, solid, and dry ground.

3. If you’d like a backdrop we'll need to ensure that winds aren't moving more than 7mph.

4. We'll need to be within 30 feet of a power outlet, and yes generators are fine.

5. In case of inclement weather, we'll need to make sure that there’s a plan B that allows the photo booth experience to continue even if the weather gets a little moody.
